(3 Nov 09 - RV) Details of  the upcoming 6th World Congress for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Refugees was presented at a press conference here at the Vatican. The meeting which begins on November 9 and runs until the 12^th will bring together 70 participants from 17 countries representing religious congregations, movements, organisations and agencies.
